11 Sep 2010 I don't know how, but somehow Creme knows where I've been putting her robe toy and the squirrels. I didn't realise that cat can be so observant. I was working on the dining table when she jumped up to the console table and started digging into the white basket in the centre. It's fascinating to watch her. Her agility and persistence enable her to push out the basket, using her paw to scoop up the squirrels. On two different occasions, she managed to get the squirrels out onto the floor by scooping and biting it. She also managed to scoop the robe into her mouth and dragged it out by biting onto the robe. How clever!   Cookie looked on while she got the toys out for both of them to play. Well, I don't think her intention was to share the toy with Cookie (in a million years!) but she couldn't prevent Cookie from playing with the squirrel once it was down on the floor.  |
