16 Sep 2010 Today is the adorable Cookie's birthday. She is now 2 years old! Unfortunately I'm on business trip in Sydney and couldn't be with her on her birthday. We brought her out last Saturday to the US Doggie Bakery Pet Cafe and treated her to a strawberry cake. "Wow, she can win the fastest cake eater competition." A shop assistant commented after seeing how she gobbled down the cake.   However, Cookie started to bark at other pure breed dogs. I had to buy some delicious bread bones to distract her.  We went there for lunch as well and luckily we managed to complete our lunch without much trouble from the birthday dog. Their bangers and mash are very tasty. We bought some muffins back for the dog and they are really a tail-wagging attraction! Even the carnivorous Creme ate it!   The cafe is really cosy. We can lay back on the sofa while waiting for our food and at the same time dog watching! |
