5 Nov 2011 The last installment of the fun time we had at this event - Cookie doing Doga. As anticipated, she couldn't sit still but thank goodness there wasn't a meditation session. Roll out your yoga mat, you can follow along as you watch the Doga video below. Please note that we did not do the butterfly pose correctly, do follow the instructor's pose, not ours.  I know Cookie thoroughly enjoyed the doggie massage because she sat still until the massage ended!   |
