10 July 2011 I bought a cat cum small dog harness from Pet Lovers. I use it to play with Creme for about a week, to get her familiarize with the harness and associate it with play. Finally, on this Thurs, I put the harness on her and brought her out for walks together with Cookie. To be exact, she is being dragged half of the time; because she likes to pause for a very long time looking everywhere in the surrounding (like a meerkat), or tries to jump into the bushes. Cookie is always walking in front and being much bigger in size, Cookie's one step is equivalent to Creme's 5 steps. I have to always stop Cookie to wait for Creme while she savours the grass and plants. Despite that, Creme seems to enjoy her walk, smelling all sorts of fauna and eating a lot of grass. Then she might try to regurgitate but no fur ball comes out from her stomach yet. After her walks, Creme usually KO for the whole night, so even if she sleeps with us, she doesn't wake up in the middle of the night and disturb us. Now, whenever Creme sees me bringing the leash out for Cookie, she will wait by the door and meows loudly at me. She's like a dog now! |
